A learned human physiologist, James Numbere ultimately quit his job a few years ago to finally follow his love and passion for music. The past years have already seen several releases from him which all garnered support from BBC Introducing whereas his current involvement in London’s Community Gospel choir has allowed him to work with the likes of Justin Timberlake, One Republic and Gregory Potter – to name but a few.

Today marks the brand new release of soul artist’s James Numbere’s new single, exclusively premiering on UMA Music.
Entitled ‘Smile’, the London-based afrocentric singer has teamed up with the charity ‘Operation Smile’ – an organisation which performs life changing surgeries on children in mostly third world countries with cleft lips and palates.

Although the artist showcases a more laid-back side with this impeccably stunning song this one again boasts with great energy and represents James Numbere’s poignant and passionate vocals.

Make sure you catch him at Hoxton Square Kitchen on April 22nd where he will perform alongside his 6-piece band in order to raise funds and awareness for ‘Operation Smile’.
