L Martin – Growing Pains

Excellent in-depth lyricism and real rap vibes – that’s what West London’s gifted rapper L Martin is all about. Now he has finally unveiled his long-awaited LP ‘Growing Pains’, an excellent compilation of songs which deal with personal issues and struggles within today’s society. Alongside the 10-track project the TooRareToDie wordsmith also dropped the mystic visuals for More Love, a truly thought-provoking video which perfectly resembles the song’s vibe with its black and white setting. Jake Alder ft. Charlotte Turnbull – Think Back

UK producer Jake Alder has teamed up with one of the scene’s most exciting young Alt RnB singers Charlotte Turnbull for this radio friendly jam´Think More‘. Although mainly an electronic pop producer this is Jake’s first RnB inspired track and sees the pair work together once again after their previous collab ‘Long Lost’. Swoon – Teeth

´Teeth` is the emphatic debut single by Brighton-based electronic pop four-piece Swoon, comprised of members Alice Guala, Ferg Griffin, Chris Lelliott and Adam Macaulay. The quartet have only been together a mere number of months yet exert a confidence and energy which draws on influences from Canadian artists such as Grimes and experimental hip hop group Death Grips, that could make them a force to be reckoned with in the near future. Priime – Lil Bit Longer

With his traditional Afrocentric musical background, to create inventive alternative and experimental music, Priime gives us a taste of his style with his eccentric single ´Lil Longer’ –  written and composed by the British native himself. Backed by lush guitar progressions and string arrangements, and sonically inspired by the Walt Disney classic Mary Poppins, ‘Lil Bit Longer’ is a decent debut offering. Follow @PriimeOfficial

Team Salut ft. Eugy, Tion Wayne, Afro B – Hot Property

Backed by smooth synth-keyboard arrangements, percussions and bass-heavy drums, Team Salut provide the perfect hybrid backdrop of Afrobeats, UK Rap and Dancehall music, over which the trio and their friends shine through. Stonebwoy ft. Kojo Funds – Falling Again

Award winning Ghanaian artist Livingstone Etse Satekla aka Stonebwoy has teamed up with Kojo Funds to deliver his brand new single. ‘Falling Again’ is performed in English and Patios, which emphasizes the diversity of both artists over a laid back dancehall meets afrobeats production. Peppermint Heaven – You

The latest slice of 80’s retro brought into 2017.. Peppermint Heaven have become known for their outlandish, shameless retro-feel pop. Drawing on elements of Simple Minds & Duran Duran, the Chicago duo have brought their own spin to the sound of a generation. RJ Thompson – The Girl & the Gunman

RJ Thompson has built a name for himself in recent months as one of the countries strongest up and coming singer-songwriters. ‘The Girl and the Gunman’ is perfectly in keeping with the rest of the album, RJ leans heavily on retro influences, combining the solid funky guitar groove and analogue synthesizers with a contemporary production standard. Tally Spear – Days Like These

There is much more to 21 year old songwriter Tally Spear than first meets the eye. The pretty folk driven songsmith may draw her musical inspiration from Bob Dylan and Neil Young, but the daughter of a musician and an actress has always known at her core that her own journey is truly unique.
